Light and refreshing
The jell-O zero sugar sparkling lemon is super refreshing and tasty.I love that it's low calorie and still full of flavor. Perfect for a light dessert.

Sparkling Lemon Jell-O Gelatin Mix
My husband and I bought several 0.3oz boxes of sugar-free Sparkling Lemon Jello mix from the Wal-mart clearance section. First, I made it into just regular gelatin. We didn't like it. The aspartame used to sweeten it with made it taste bitter and gave us stomach aches. The next time I made it, I used Topo Chico Sabores Blueberry Hibiscus seltzer water to make the gelatin into Sparkling gelatin for Father's Day. Husband liked the somewhat fizzy, effervescent texture of the Sparkling gelatin, but it still tasted bitter due to the aspartame. I wish Jello would consider using natural sweeteners such as stevia or monkfruit in the sugar-free products instead of the artificial sweeteners they currently use.
