Delicious!
When I first got the turkey I was really concerned due to all of the low ratings. I had ordered an 18 lb Butterball but this was substituted. I've always cooked a full turkey so this was my first time cooking a bone in turkey breast. I used a new recipe that I found online, specifically for the turkey breast since I am used to cooking the full turkey and using the cavity to place butter and herbs to flavor the bird, in addition to using the butter

Jennie-O Turkey Breast
Although mine was way bigger than I wanted, I roasted it in the oven and it was moist and delicious. To those who didn't want a substitute, you need to remove the check mark next to your item before hitting “Submit Order” so Walmart knows that you only want the brand ordered.

I DID NOT RECIEVE JUST A TURKEY BREAST BUT A WHOLE 20 LB TURKEY. IF YOU CONSIDER A TURKEY BREAST MUST BE FOR A SMALL FAMILY WHY NOT SUBSTITUTE A SMALLER TURKEY. I WILL BE EATING TURKEY FOR A YEAR. MOST DISPLEASED.

This turkey looked nice, but it was really tough. I cooked it in an oven bag, so it should have been much more tender.
