my dog has been eating this with no salt green beans ever since his diagnosis of diabetes. he is regular, his coat is shiny, and although his illness has made him picky, he always is excited to eat this. I order four rolls every week and a half and one roll makes about 5-6 servings for him, which lasts 2-3 days per roll. great option for homemade dog food because many dogs have chicken sensitivity and beef is too fatty.
Listen, I love how lightweight and heavy turkey is compared to ground beef is easier. I love the taste of it and I love using it. This is the everyday product that I always purchase is one of my top peas for my grocery list. It's something that I eat constantly.
A good breakfast alternative choice. Love that the meat texture is more delicate than hamburger meat. Goes good when adding with omelettes. Would definitely recommend.
Truthfully only reason giving this 3 star for taste is because we dont eat this grade. We give this to out Senior dog who is now on a raw food diet, He seems to like it a lot
Been buying for 10 years. Break it in to 1 lb bags and freeze. Healthier alternative for anything you'd use ground beef. Better consistency than the big packs at Costco .
the turkey is good, I did run into cartilage pieces here and there. I also had an issue with meal prepping this item. I bought 4, 3 lb rounds and after cooking up each round, they were less than 20 oz cooked up. So, just be aware of the cook down, and that is a 93% lean
I got this turkey as a substitution in my pick up order. I wasn't thrilled. This turkey has a gross pink slime on it that makes it absolutely gaggy to even cook. After it's cooked in a soup or in the crockpot for a while, the texture is fine but otherwise it's kind of gross! I much prefer the turkey in the tray without the pink slime.
The turkey is great! I wish I would have received the other 2 turkey that I purchased. It was missing from my order when I picked it up. It has been 2 weeks and still have not received my refund.....
I did a pick-up order, and there was blood in the bag. upon further inspection, I found the ground turkey was sliced on the side. Not 1 but 2 of 3. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of product, prices , and service over the last year and thinking my spending with Walmart may have come to an end.
I bought the roll of turkey thinking it would be a better purchase price according to price per pound. But after cooking it, I lost so much water. It was cheaper to buy it differently.
