hissing plug
Plug makes an awful hissing sound even when unit is turned on, annoying AND doesn't sound safe. Tried 4 different outlets AND even tested this with an extension cord. It was irritating enough to stand in Walmart's ridiculous line to return it.

I was so disappointed with this Jensen. Is it not older age friendly . It is also misleading . It doesn't even have a radio .. it's all WiFi %26 Alexa %26 Bluetooth friendly ..

I wouldn't buy this ....
The volume is terrible it only goes to 16 and you can hardly hear it ..... I have it by my sink and while I'm running water I cant even hear it....... It really sucks
