JENSEN Portable CD Music System with Cassette Player/Recorder and AM/FM Stereo Radio, CD-550, Black

i love Jensen products to start with. i needed a little player that had good quality speakers so i could hear the true sound. also needed cd and cassette playing options in unit. extreme downsizing going on for me and this has all i need in the smaller size i need. its perfect for me.

This little stereo is great and has great sound, I have numerouse CD's that I want to listen to andd now I can. I have it plugged in but it can be portable too.

I have been looking for a replacement combo that is not a Bluetooth for a long time to replace my very old one and bulky one that quit working and ran across this one online and am impressed with the size and quality and sound it delivers. I was also able to find a set of regular headphones that works very well with it, online also even though you can also use your smartphone with it but need a different cord. I just wanted something to replace my old and am very happy with it and listen to my cassettes and CDs, and radio again when I get tired of the TV. I use my smartphone/ music when I am away from home, so I wouldn't be able to give you a review for that particular part of the product. I so far have no problems with the reception since the antenna is built inside and the ease of use is great because it is smaller and takes up less space on my night stand and light which is a plus because of my disability. Just memorize where all the buttons are, and you are ok. I have read complaints about this, and I don't have any issues with it. I am just happy to have a good replacement for my old one and JENSON is a good company.

My dad loves it, he's playing old religious cassette tapes he has had for years! Want to keep my dad happy, don't know how long he will be here with me! I lost my mom last year, March 4th, ****! Me and dad is having a hard time without her in our lives! She's in a better place than we are!

I wish I had this player! Was very happy to see that it contains a cassette player as well as a CD player! It's a perfect gift for my sweet sister-in-law, who is grieving the loss of her husband, who was an incredible man who always thought of others FIRST. I was SO pleased that you had this in stock, and even happier that it was on sale, since I live on very limited social security income. VERY pleased with this purchase--if it made my precious sister happy on her 79th birthday, in the wake of so much grief only 6 weeks ago. Thank you, Walmart!

This is an excellent little boombox. We listen to all our retro - cds, cassettes, LPs, etc. (This is NOT for LPs). This is compact, super solidly built and will take a beating over the long haul. It came with a nice card from the sender - guaranteed satisfaction. Ordering another one for a family member. Super portable, lightweight but very solid. Nothing wonky - cassette door is smooth, solid, well made. Ease of use. Really pleased.

I like that this radio has cassette, cd %26 radio. My Grandson enjoys it. I dont like that the radio stations numbers can only be seen on the dial you turn to find what station you want to listen to, its difficult to know what station you are actually on.

built well, nice cd/cassette...but the RADIO tuning dial is awful, not accurate and there is NO readout for the stations! I searched and looked all around for where the station ids were, finally found them ON THE TUNING DIAL in very spot white print. Very disappointed with the radio pick up.

This was shipped to me... The CD and cassette players wofk but the radio doesn't...cannot get any stations on it for either AM or FM...there's not zn antenna to extend. and I already tossed out ghe previous one. I got this item because it showed that it had all three parts that I wanted in a music system...I got a dud this time around ...

I'd give no stars if it allowed. I only could get one radio station tuned in. I bought as a gift. Tried to return it and I missed it by a day of return period. Store would not take back for store credit either. Total garbage of a product.
