I love making my own pocket snacks for hiking and this makes great snacks with ground beef! I look forward to trying other meat combinations.

Worked great and easy to clean

The jerky gun does everything it is supposed to do and with ease. I especially like the wider and thicker flat strip end for nice looking jerky. Other brands all seem to be narrower and thinner. I would recommend the LEM Jerky Gun hands down above the rest.

This gun is excellent as a clay extruder. You can buy a gun like this with aluminum barrel but contrary to what some have claimed, aluminum will corrode if you leave clay in it for extended periods. I like this gun because of the clear barrel. Only one other on the market and it's hard to find and larger. It is durable enough to handle slightly stiffer clay compared to jerky meat, not much different but a little. So any of you out there working in clay and want to extrude it through a clear tube gun, this one is the one to get.

Great product if you are making any kind of ground jerkey. Kept the process of making consistent thinkness simple. This lets you make sure all of your meat is cooked since it is all the same thickness. Sturdy and stable in your hand but also east to take apart and clean. Must have to keep the processing quick!

Great product and easy to use

Bought this gun to make snack sticks, I have to say it's very easy to use and the end product was very tatsy. I made 5 lbs of pepperoni snack sticks using LEM spices and used my 4 disc dehydrator to make this tasty snack. Highly recommend this gun.
