Great! My cats love it!
Two cats, 3.5kg and 7kg, happily squeeze in together. Tbh, it's a bit small for both but they love to share it cuddling. It's alright when they both sit straight up with a bit of spare room above their head but definitely can't lay down without cuddling. We used it for a vet visit with both in it and have been using it as their house. They use it every day to sleep together or just relax.

Overall use
Slightly bulky in the straps. My dog is 20lbs and supported her just fine, was a bit small for her in her height so she could sit comfortable with the top closed. Overall nothing wrong with the product

Deluxe pet backpack
[Employee of walmartcanada] I really like this carrier. I leave it set up beside the door and my cat likes to go in and out of it when where not using it. The straps are really comfortable.

I plan to use this for a shelter dog who is terrified to ride in the car. It is a little small for my 15 pound dog but seems well made. I plan to strap the pack with the seatbelt. I think that it should help.
