I bought the Jesser Ceiling Hoop as a Christmas present for my teenage son, and it ended up being one of his favorite gifts. The idea of shooting hoops from his bed or couch is something he thought was really cool and different from a regular mini hoop. Installation was straightforward, and once it was set up, it worked exactly as expected. It's great for indoor play, especially during the winter, and keeps him entertained without needing a lot of space. The quality feels solid, and it's held up well so far. Overall, it's a fun, creative basketball gift that any teen who loves basketball would enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, the children absolutely love this item! Right over their gaming desk. So in between games or while watching tv, they play this. Assembly was easy. It had surprisingly stayed on the ceiling with boys that rough play.

They are made to last and the whole hoop sets up easily and is fun to use. It is versatile and safe and seems to hold up well under the strenuous activity of children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is this a cute idea? Yes but it is just poorly executed. Following the included instructions, getting the net up on the ceiling was a bit of a chore. They indicated that you have to partially stick the hoop up to the ceiling ensuring half of the Velcro sticks, remove the hoop, press the velcro into the ceiling and THEN reinstall the hoop. It just seemed tedious. Also, both balls are supposed “store” in the net, but the red foam “holders” are too short and getting them to actually stay in the net AT THE SAME TIME is nearly impossible. If they took the extra care to elongate the red ball holders so the balls actually have friction to MOVE the net, it would be much better. With the way the hoop is designed, you have to shoot from DIRECTLY under it for it to get past the net. To me, its not much better than having a target on your ceiling.
