The best buy out there
I almost paid double for a similar item at one of the big home improvement stores Plus it seems to be a better quality. Also the house is easier to cool

Jetcoat Roof Coating
Metal roof owner here. We also live in mobile home and it's just getting hotter in the southern us. My husband used an 18 in roller to apply it, which went on smoothly. It's been 4 days and so far it's rained and stormed. We haven't noticed any change in the structure of the product. Clean up was fairly straightforward. I do feel like it was already helping to improve the cooling situation in our house the next day. One bucket did the whole (end to end side) half of a single wide mobile home. 5 gallon should do one coat for the whole house. For reference it's a 16x80. I've researched these types of products at length and I don't think you'll find a better value for this.
