I've had this thing for almost a year now and it's great at the protection part. The only real complaint I have is that if your switch lite has a skin on, the case could delaminate the skin or scratch the design - especially the areas at the top and bottom of the console. Luckily, there was nothing important on mine, but I thought I'd bring it up. Also, if you put this thing on your switch lite but you need to take it off for whatever reason (like to change the skin on your console for a change of pace), be prepared to do battle with it. The case will not let it go without at least taking two fingernails with it. Of course, it could just have been extra tight on mine because of the skin. 10/10 putting this bad boy back on once the skin has been changed.
