3-Month Update: Performance: Works perfectly with no issues. Value: Great quality for the price. Ease of Use: Very intuitive and kid-friendly. Battery: Lasts roughly 40 minutes.

Battery only works about 30 minutes after charging for hours. While it works it's amazing but it's too short-lived compared to some of the others I've bought for some of my other children. I just wouldn't purchase this brand again.

Rode inside only had it a month, son went to ride it today and started spinning out of control on its own and ran his fingers and foot over. Damaged a brand new ps5 controller and my carpet in the process and scared the life out of us. Will not continue using item and do not recommend as it's very unsafe.

The battery lasts barely 15 minutes and it needs to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable for a device designed to be ridden.

Missing item, delivery driver dropped off package wrong door and the picture they took at drop off doesn't show where it was left. Walmart won't refund me this was a scam

From day one out of the box it didnt work correctly. It would randomly get stuck going in a circle. I would have to pick it up and try to turn it off as it friction burned my floor. After turning it off and on a few times it would kind of work but you can only turn to the right. Maybe I got a bad one but still disappointed along with my child that got it for Christmas.

Bought this for my grandson as a birthday gift. He had it less than a week and it started spinning out of control with nobody on it. Returned the first one and decided to give it another try thinking maybe it was just a malfunction of the one hoverboard. The second one did the same thing.

Returning and advising that they recall this particular model. Twice now it has malfunctioned on us. Not only did it put rubber marks all over my living room floor and up the side of the couch, it physically hurt my daughter and myself just trying to stop the thing. It started spinning uncontrollably extremely fast for quite a while. We checked it all over when we could finally turn it off, to see if it was maybe caused by caught up hair, but we couldn't see anything. Probably won't be trying another model, both my kids are scarred for life lol.

It was a gift for my grandson and he received it charged it and he said that playtime is only 30 minutes so he's very disappointed about it. He also says that there's a crack on the Hoover board itself so he's thinking that might be the reason it's losing power we have no idea.

Every time my daughter goes to step on it it takes off by itself before she can put her feet on every time my daughter goes to step on it it takes off by itself before she can put her feet on so I tried it out because I thought it was her. Nope it does the same thing to me it don't stay for you to get on and then once you get 1 foot on there, it takes off before you can lift your other foot on the ground.
