Jetson Echo X Kids Electric Scooter

Ok at first I was kind of upset due to me purchasing a defected scooter which the chain kept popping off and made the wheel get stuck. Was kind of bummed out because my daughter could not ride for Christmas. Returned and had to order another because they were out of stock which was no big deal. Assembly was pretty easy might need 2 people for the handle bars if want to make sure you have an accurate position to tighten with out the bars moving. Also make sure you have someone strong to tighten the 2 screws at bottom that connect the straight bar to the floor board you will have to tighten 1 then the other then keep tightening both until you don’t get any wiggle from the straight bar. Charged it as recommended for 10 hrs and from there was nothing but smiles from ear to ear. Was a little ruff because this is my daughter first scooter with 2 wheels she was used to 3 wheels so she was still in the learning stages. Will update on how long the battery last and how durable it is but as of now it is solid no wiggles and rides smooth.

Make sure the child is the right weight, It’s a nice smooth ride scooter.

The kids absolutely loved it. It's fast but not to fast for my 9 year olds. Its super cute with the lights on. Needs to be put together but nothing complicated and it comes with the tools needed to get the job done.

I'd like to be able to tell yall about the ride quality, however my daughter hasn't been able to try. The break is always on causing the scooter to not move. Now I'm praying that Walmart will exchange it for us. It was ordered at Walmart.com and there for I don't have a receipt. I'll update this when I know more.

Would have been nice when my daughter opened her gift for Christmas if all parts would be there. However it's missing nuts and bolts to actually put it together. So just want to say THANKS as I'm writing this on Christmas now, THANKS ALOT

My 5 yr old likes the lights and the speed is about right for his age. I will say it’s loud and noisy when he rides it. Sounds like a bunch of plastic but he seems to really enjoy it.

i called to get a refund on a different item instead they gave me a refund on the scooter i didnt find this out untill i got the scooter that turned out not to work so i went to do a refund and cant because they messed up and refunded me already so now im stuck with a broken scooter and wont be able to replace it right away.

Well, I wish I read the reviews first... Kiddo got this for her birthday, charged it overnight. The light turned gree to signal a full charge. She went to use it and it does not work. The reset button was no help. Naturally its a Sunday and tomorrow is a holiday. What a way to damper a kid's birthday. Im keeping my fingers crossed for a solution.

I asked Cody for your information and he repeatedly told me he did not and will not provide a name or contact information of the general manager, store manager or district manager but kept repeating 1-800 WALMART. It was not until the better trained cashier pointed to the wall and stated our general managers name and contact information is listed on the wall. Cody is a horrible representation of your company and needs better customer service training.

Really bad product and customer care. It went stopped working 4 months and when I tried to file a warranty claim the customer support rejected by giving a non logical excuse so the warranty is non existent.
