Disappointed.
I bought this bike for my daughter for her birthday. What a disappointment. The intertubes overexpanded and made the tires rub against the frame, making it unrideable. So totally sad for her. All over the instructions, it said "if you have a problem, don't return it, call US! We love to help and our motto is to keep you riding." So, I contacted them and the customer service was terrible. After a very cheeky conversation, they requested we take it apart and ship the bike back to them in the original box (which we destroyed so our daughter wouldn't see it) and that it could take 6 weeks for them to let us know if we'd get the bike back or a new bike and that they couldn't promise the same color. UGH. Those with kids know that color is important, dark purple is her favorite color. Needless to say, we are just taking it to a local bike shop for proper repair. The lights work.

My baby love her bike I bought it for Christmas. However the colors of the LED are misleading. Her light are red with a purple bike I'm not understanding. Also the wheel lights aren't working.
