Jetson Mars Iridescent Kick Scooter

This scooter is just amazing! My 8 y/o daughter is so happy with it. The wheels are a little bigger than the Jetson Orbit so she feels like a "big kid" rider! In addition, the light colors are gorgeous! I hope Jetson brings back the Iridescent model of this scooter! I would've purchased that one but it was out of stock.

I purchased this for a 7 year old neighbor. He road on it for 1 week. The neck of the scooter came off when riding sending both the kid and top of scooter went flying down the side walk and ripping all the lighting wires out of it. All attempts to put it back together failed. No tightens of brackets hold it together.

Really cute scooter. My 4 year old grandson learned to ride it quickly. He weighs 40 lbs and the weight limit is 150. I was riding it too! Has lights you can turn on but also has lights on the wheels that light up just riding it. Great buy for 20 bucks!

I bought 2 for my 2 sons. After using for 1 day returned both. Both had issues with the lights. Besides that the lights should not be wasting your batteries in the daylight by being motion activated. One had a loose nut on steering shaft that rattled and wouldn't stay tight and the steering on it was hard and rough even against air. Both was very difficult to fold handle bar up and down. I felt like a wrestler while folding up or down and yes I know how it is suppose to fold. Before returning to the store, I did call customer service and the lady was super nice and agreed they needed to be returned. I returned to the store and bought the Madd Gear Kruzer 150. Wish I had done so to begin. No comparison in workmanship, quality of materials and design. The Jetson Mars definitely has some design and quality control issues. I wouldn't be swayed into buying this just for the lights because you will regret it. Batting o for 2 is not good!

My gal loves her new scooter. For me, I found some paint words chips off on some parts of the scooter and the folding and unfold is not easy to adjust. I am not sure if my the mechanism of the scooter we received is faulty. I do not intend to ask for refund as is still usable.

One of the best purchases I think I've made for my daughter to get her mobile! She loves the feel of it and the different ways the lights work on the Mars Folding Kick Scooter. This would be an excellent buy for any kid that loves to get around as much as mine does!! Happy kid, Happy mom!!!

We have several Jetson scooters including this one. Our kids love this scooter because it lights up and it is very simple to operate. Our 5-year-olds use this and our 8-year-old sometimes makes her way on it as well, although she has her own big wheel Jetson scooter. It glides nicely and it's a good scooter for beginners, and those transitioning from a three-wheeled scooter. Very satisfied!

JUST DON'T BUY IT. I know reviews are a mixed bag. I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt but it wasn't worth it. It broke within weeks. 1st the steering bar would not align straight. Next the brake broke (the plastic broke) and lastly the scooter could not fold (even though we have never folded it before until we tried to pack it back in the box to return it). I have twin boys who treat their toys the same and aren't rough with their bikes/ scooters. I bought two different scooters at the same time and the twins rode them the same way. This one broke and it was disappointing it did not even last 3 months with little usage. JUST DON'T BUY IT.

Waste of money. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and she loved the look of it. The 2nd day the lights froze and after removing the batteries and putting new in to "reset" it, the lights will no longer even come on. So disappointing that it didn't even last 24 hrs. Will be returning.

The scooter is durable. The lights are beautiful and has multiple settings, BUT be prepared to invest in a lot of batteries because the scooter is VERY sensitive to touch. I believe it has motion sensors that activates the lights. There's an off mode, but it's pointless.
