i liked the idea of a hovercart in itself could be a bit dangerous so wear protective gear helmet knee and elbow pads also cant hold a lot of weight my big baby could barely ride bc he is a bit iver the weight limit if your child ways more than what it sais it can hold then dont get this item unless yall plan on loosing some weight to be able to ride

After being fully charged, my daughter who only weights about 60 pounds was only able to go around a small park about 5 times before it started beeping and died. I thought it might just be a defective model, but a second one lasted even less time (only about 2 blocks). I ended up having to carry it all the way home.

I had to give it two stars because when it was delivered, it was damaged on the base , cracked leaking battery acid. My child never got to play with it for her birthday.

bought 3 of these already returned 2 that broke now the 3rd one i have doesnt charge anymore so not worth purchasing. 2 broke in less then a week. 3rd one just broke yesterday what complete garbage. dont waste your money on this

Item did not work out of the box!! It's all put together and I have no way to return it!!!!! Do not purchase from this seller be sure it's from Walmart directly!

Lasted for 5 days. Does not power on. Was used gently, not over-charged. Bought as a birthday gift and child is disappointed.

The housing is cracked and can not get a hold of anyone to send me a new one and me send this one back I took it out of the box for my grand baby and she was upset till I told her she could ride it till I can get a new one in

This product was defective when we opened it. Would not charge properly and started smoking.

one side of the hoverboard got hot to the touch within 15 minutes and that sides wheel stopped spinning. is this an isolated problem or should i return for a different brand? i guess i will see what jetsons customer service has to say to decide. im glad i decided to check before Christmas morning but now i quickly need to get replacement. so disappointing!
