Elliptical
it's quite heavy, 26 lb, but can be easily moved around due to the handle on the back and the wheels in the front. it appears that the intensity level knob is it adjustable.

Doesn't glide like i thought it would. Very sturdy
Dis-like. Its more like a stair stepper than an iliptical. It does not glide. Taking it back for a refund %26 getting a real iliptical.
