I have been going through a bunch of dietary changes in recent months, and have started eating peanut butter every day. It's one of my comfort foods. At the rate I'm going through it, I wanted to buy in bulk. Walmart had the best price on this two pack of giant tubs of PB, by FAR. I will buy it again through them.
There's nothing like the taste of JIF peanut butter. It's pure, roasted goodness without the sweet taste other peanut butters seem to have. The extra crunchy variety is loaded with chopped peanuts. These 40-oz jars are a great value, but putting them in a twin pack and pricing it even lower per jar than singles is a gift that seems too good to be true--when it's available for 10-11 dollars, that is. Sometimes the price is inflated, but give it some time, and the 10-11 dollar twin packs are back, and that's when I stock up. Nothing beats this offering of the best peanut butter in the world!
I'm a peanut butter fan - especially extra crunchy peanut butter. Jif has been my favorite for years. I mix chocolate chips %26 syrup into it for a quick "pick me up" snack. Without the chocolate, it goes well with almost any food as well as right out of the jar, spoonful by spoonful. I'm subscribed so I never run out of my favorite snack food.
This was a. Great. Deal. Nobody else had it in. Stock… I like to. Browse the. Fishing tackle when I get my. Oil change %26 there they. Was. On. Display
This is the same peanut butter I've always enjoyed. The crunch is great, and sugars are not overly bearing. You taste the peanuts. This double pack is at a great price too
Two requirements for me to buy name brand peanut butter: on sale %26 available to ship. Not often the case. This was. Quality is always great. Price %26 shipping are my battles that I win only occasionally. This time 5 stars.
Hard to find in the larger value 2 packs, Crunchy varieties are always in demand, Walmart just doesn't keep enough stock on hand. Would be even better if Walmart stocked the even larger 50oz 2/pk, only available thru Walmarts rip off 3rd party sellers that jack the price %26 add shipping. Do better walmart, carry in demand items %26 quit promoting price gouging foreign sellers.
Personally I prefer PB less sweet but family loves this brand. I do wish less sugar with no unhealthy oils added but for the price from WM w/free delivery it's a great pantry item.
Choosey mom's don't choose jif. This is made with vegetable oil, and the taste and texture isnt great in my opinion. (Might be because ive avoided veg. Oil so long). Its been a while since I used this brand, and I didnt think to check the label. If you are health conscious or struggle with inflammation or LDL, you might look for a different PB. It doesnt even taste like good peanut butter to me anymore.
This PARTICULAR order of peanut butter was shipped. when I opened it, it was rancid, even though the expiration date was 18 months in the future. I tossed both jars anda friends took me to Fry's (my local Kroger) to get more.
