"JIFFY" Blueberry Muffin Mix, 7 oz Box

Simple ingredients to make and quick to bake! I can get it started and continue to get ready for my day. We usually add walnuts to them but they're great plain too!

We have been using this product for awhile with great success. This time, my son had asked me to buy it. He was absolutely shocked that there was a recipe for blueberry pancakes on the box, and beyond excited to try out said recipe. I am excited to have found something that my tween boys find easy enough and delicious enough to make them for themselves.

Just like Jiffy Honey Corn Muffins, it is reliable and consistent. It's not the greatest blueberry muffin, but it just works. Whether with tea or coffee in the morning, it's a good accompaniment. If you want a really good blueberry muffin, take the time and make it from scratch. But if you want convenience and ease, choose these. I make a box every week.

i absolutely live these muffins but they are so hard to find anymore. My grandma gave me jiffy mix boxes when i was in college, decades ago. still love them. Dont know why so hard to get. even on app limited amount of bannana.

I Love them because they contain NO EGGS and they are manufactured in a facility that doesn't use eggs. My daughter is allergic to eggs and I make Chocolate or Blueberry muffins 1 to 2 times per week or I use the Pancake mix 1 to 2 times per month and she has no problems. They are the only company I have found that doesn't use dried eggs in their products!

I love this simple breakfast bread and muffin mix. It's fine as is listed on the box, but I prefer to make mine taste like homemade. I add a single serve cup of no sugar added applesauce, 2/3 cup of ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, Splenda Brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. It bakes up beautifully in a pie pan at 375° for about 15-17 minutes. Texture is similar to a cake with pudding in it.

I'll start by saying I've been using JIFFY corn muffin mix most of my adult life (my Mom before that.) when I saw the Banana muffin mix, I was thrilled and bought the six pack from Walmart. I brought a box to my daughter's house and a box to my son's, I have one more son who is getting a box. The remaining two are mine! If you're counting, I baked a batch as soon as I got my order. I like to add a small ripe banana, some chopped walnuts to the mix, not necessary to a yummy muffin, just my good idea for me. Also, I use a muffin top pan, so i can freeze some…my freezer is not very big. Flatter size is better for me. The box makes 6 perfect muffins just add an egg %26 ⅓ cup of milk and you're ready to go. JIFFY is a staple in my pantry..

These are so easy and come out soft and full of blueberry flavor every time. Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix 7 oz Box is perfect when you need something quick but still homemade tasting. I like adding a little oatmeal for extra texture and it makes them even better.

Hadn't used this brand in awhile and thought the flavor seemed interesting but alas over decades many products have become a cocktail of inferior (healthwise) ingredients and the flavor was so cloyingly sweet it gives ''sweet tooth" a bad name... ah the good ole days when products had some semblance of edibility.... just a waste in all aspects.
