Jiffy Peat Pots, Biodegradable Seed Starter Planters, 5 Inch, 6 Pack

Perfect for my starter seedlings, needs transfering into bigger pot. what I like about peat pots you can put pot and plants in the ground, but need to cut bottom of pot B4 planting.

Large enough for seedlings that have already sprouted and also sturdy. Before planting outside in bins, I put them into cardboard boxes and put the boxes into plastic garbage bags to catch any water. They hold the plant well until you are able to plant them outside, and then all you have to do is plant the whole pot into the ground. I am also using them to fit inside of flower pots, because they are better for the roots than plastic pots directly touching the roots.

Perfect for what I needed in order to do some plant cuttings and they arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

For trying to start plants, and or little plants that size up slowly these are perfect. Cantaloupe ends up suffocating at any stage due to how their roots form. The cup does dissolve and makes it so the roots can spread upon being put into larger pots. Tomatoes are perfect for a small time frame.

Very easy to use. Just plant the whole pot in soil

Went back and bought more of these

I have used this product before and found it satisfactory. My order arrived in a box that was well packed %26 fairly safe from any damages.

These pots are great for a home gardener who enjoys starting their garden from seeds. It's very convenient to use these for germination all the way through seedling/planting stage. It is vital to some plants to not be transplanted and these help reduce transplant shock considerably due to being able to plant them right in the soil. We have used them for several years with success. I appreciate that they aren't too quick to dry out during the germination stages.

Little pricey imo but they work great for starting your seeds

Great value, the only 2 things I didn't care for are: 1) Not so easy to get the wrapper off -and- 2) not that easy to separate them.
