Local stores in Brooklyn (11201) only had small size peat pots which dry out quickly. The larger 50mm are the best answer for starting seedlings, glad you stocked them!

These work very well. Absorb alot of water and my seeds always do very well started in the pods. When ready I just place the whole thing in the ground.

So easy and clean to use, just put in their tray, add a little water, wait a while, and insert seeds.

they work great and saves from a lot of potential damage due to not having to transplant. just take the pod and plant. I use for all my seeds.

The larger size is so much better than what you purchase in a box store

A great product. Seem to work better than the coir ones and much less trouble than peat pots/seed starter mix. High germination rate and more root space than the small pellets. I've been using them for my tomatoes for years and have had stellar results. Began using them for eggplants last year, same story.

I had fair success with the peat pellets, but the smaller peat pots #2 or #3, work much better.

Out of the 5 packages of these that I ordered, 3 only had 15 pellets in them. Order an extra box, if you need a certain amount.

All of them got moldy when I used them. This has not happened with any of my other soils this year.
