I was recommended to this supplement because I've been suffering from cramping that has resulted in chronic pulled muscles in my legs, at least 6 episodes this year. I'm a 44yo male, a former competitive endurance athlete, and a soccer player with a strong base in strength and conditioning. I started this supplement at the beginning of September, and I have not had an episode of cramping or pulled muscles since, it's now mid-December.
