It's awesome
It's intense she tells you in the video. What I love about it is she tells you how to do the advance one and modified. If you do it the right way you'll feel the burn right away. I sweat a lot with this workout shes intense. I barely started this workout have a week doing it but can see it working

Tough 10 minutes
It may only be 10 minutes, but it is killer! Could not do several movements. Definitely very advanced.

I really like Jillian Michaels anyway, but this dvd is perfect because with a toddler I don't have a lot of time to work out. The 10 minute workouts are still intense and I feel like I'm getting a great workout in without spending a lot of time!
