Healthier option than regular sandwich. I toast the English muffin %26 heat egg %26 sausage in the microwave. The cheese melts when I put it between egg %26 sausage. Much better option for me than buying a dozen eggs, and other components that I seldom use.
If you're looking for a quick, tasty, and filling breakfast, the Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Egg White Cheese English Muffin is a fantastic choice. This sandwich checks all the boxes for busy mornings, especially if you're rushing out the door or need something easy to eat in the car. Quick %26 Easy Preparation One of the best features of this breakfast sandwich is how fast and simple it is to prepare. Just pop it in the microwave and you'll have a hot, satisfying meal in minutes—no mess, no fuss. The compact size and sturdy English muffin make it easy to hold and eat one-handed, making it perfect for commuters or anyone with a hectic schedule. Balanced Nutrition This sandwich offers a great ratio of calories to protein, making it a smart choice if you're keeping an eye on your nutrition. The turkey sausage provides a savory flavor without being greasy, the egg white adds a fluffy texture, and the cheese ties everything together. You'll find that it keeps you full all morning without weighing you down.
I tried out Walmart delivery two weeks ago. I was impressed on how fast delivery got there and the communication I received from order through delivery. I decided to get the Walmart plus and I highly recommend it to anyone on how worthwhile Walmart plus is.
These are so good. For people who have to be careful what they eat, they're great. Turkey sausage instead of pork is better. Pork has more fat than turkey, and it has twice the calories. Egg whites provide protein without the cholesterol of egg yolks. Egg whites also have lower calories and almost no fat. On top of all that, they are delicious.
The sandwiches are very healthy and a lot less fat than the regular ones. It is so handy to be able to microwave them and they are great to eat in the car on my way to volunteering. I did order 2 boxes of 8 but those don't seem to be available very often as other people are buying them too so we received two of the boxes of 4, which are really good.
There are few people (if any) that have eaten more of these than I have. Over the years I have eaten hundreds as a low-calorie breakfast with respectable protein. I love the taste and consistent quality. With that being said, my first few experiences were poor after following the cooking instructions. The result was hard muffin, cold spots, and messy melted cheese. After altering the cooking instructions, I've been hooked ever since. My method: Open the package, remove the cheese from sandwich and place on the opened package. Wrap sandwich in a paper towel and heat for 45 seconds (less for higher powered microwaves). Flip sandwich over and heat another 45 seconds. Set muffin and sausage on the package. Wrap egg in paper towel and heat on its own for another 15-20 seconds. To keep cheese from making a mess, break cheese into four squares (Half, then half) and place on one bottom side of the muffin and cover cheese with sausage. Assemble full sandwich, wrap back up in paper towel and finish with 30 seconds. The result, hot and soft muffin. Egg and sausage with no cold spots and cheese that is melted but contained. Great go-to breakfast. For what it's worth, I miss the Canadian Bacon muffins.
These taste pretty good, but it is hard to get them to heat evenly, and the egg releases a lot of water that makes the sandwich soggy. They are pretty spendy, too. Do I still buy them when I need a quick, healthy-ish breakfast? Yes! They aren't perfect, but they aren't bad.
These are a pretty decent and healthier option for a quick breakfast. I thaw them overnight in the fridge and make them a little different from the directions. The muffin tends to get dry in the microwave, so I toast the muffin instead, and it turns out way better!
I bought these to take to work. Take one frozen and it is thawed by lunch. They are fully cooked, I eat them cold. They are packaged securely. I didn't care fot the dryness of the muffin. Maybe if they were cooked following the package instructions the muffin would have been fine. But I will continue to use the thaw and eat method . They make a filling lunch
