Jimmy Dean® Premium Pork Sage Breakfast Sausage Roll, 16 oz

I keep a sleeve of this sausage in my freezer. I use it for my sausage, biscuits and gravy. The sage seems to blend exceptionally well with my gravy because it gives it a noticeable flavor. My Family loves it and knows the difference if I stray away for some reason. They demand Jimmy Dean sage sausage adamantly. It's a pleasurable delight and keeping our Family happy is the main objective!! Thumbs up!!

Walmart only carries this product around Thanksgiving and then whatever's left over up to Christmas and then they remove it from the shelves but it's delicious and I want good tasting sausage all year round so I think they should carry it all year round. I hate having to go to another grocery store to find the sage flavor And adding sage at home just doesn't taste the same. I don't know why.

I normally buy th e great value brand of Sage Sausage, but it has disappeared, so I went for Uncle Jimmy's version. Has a perfect breakfast sausage flavor, but works super well on pizza. I always buy the lower end pizzas and spruce them up with various things. Nice for making own patties as well as 'chunky'. I also use in some cream soups.

This is OUTSTANDING sage sausage!! Many people add sage sausage to their stuffing or casseroles but I enjoy eating mine just as traditional breakfast sausage!! I cut it up into patties like normal breakfast sausage and cook it on a skillet!! It is perfect for the person that is on the Atkins or Keto diet as it is VERY low in carbs!! It also has a great spicy, flavorful taste to it compared to regular sausage in my opinion!! Cooking it does NOT cause a lot of smoke but you DO need to ventilate/run a fan if you are cooking a large amount of sausage so not to set off your smoke alarms!! You can also add onions to it if you like!! A GREAT sausage at a GREAT price!! Thank you Walmart!!

most sausage is full of grissle and waste. I was sceptical about trying Jimmy Dean products. to my utter surprise Jimmy Dean products are good quality products. The eggs are somewhat questionable, but all in all I love Jimmy Dean products. it has become a main stay

My mom got me to like this Sage sausage. When I go back home to visit, she would cook this flavored sausage every day. It tastes great when you cover it with flour and fry it in a pan.

I primarily put this in my stuffing recipe. Is fine as a breakfast sausage too. We do low carb and this really makes thes stuffing. Come into its own. Delicious and versatile. Useitin everything and anything. We do!

The Jimmy Dean Sage sausage is in my refrigerator at all times. We use this sausage alone and we use it in several recipes. It impacts your classic sausage flavor with a little kick of sage. This is my favorite hands-down.

The sage sausage flavoring is scrumptious. I will eat a little from time to time. The drawback for me is the amount of fatty grease rendered when cooking it. It leaves me with undesirable eye appeal %26 guilty heart health thinking.. with that being said though, it is always my go-to sausage for my turkey stuffing!

Fry it down and then add a can of Rotel. Simmer a little more and add half a block of cream cheese. Serve with tiny toast or chips. Easiest appetizer for guests!
