these are so easy and so affordable and so healthy. I'm taking the weight loss injections right now and I wasn't hungry so I wasn't eating but then my body went into starvation mode and I wouldn't lose any weight. now I make sure I eat one of these every morning for breakfast and the weight has started falling off again. I do have to cook the egg whites for way longer than what it calls for because I don't like when egg whites are wet. but I even get full halfway through eating one so it's like the perfect amount the perfect price I would definitely recommend these I mean 150 calories that's crazy

Hello, these are really good because I'm a chef actually and I never have time for breakfast and my employees say you have to eat breakfast so instead of loading up on carbs with bagels toast or English muffins I prepare these in the microwave at home and it gives me the protein boost that I need in the morning as well. I love that you can get it with egg whites only too.

Someone else makes breakfast for me, but when time is an issue I eat these. They aren't the best for my health but if I don't eat too often, I'm OK with them. They taste good and the texture is good too. I like them.

It's a nice easy breakfast but amount isn't very much in the cup.

I'm disappointed that I can't find this at all Walmart stores.

This is very tasty, but...you get such a little amount in the container which is deceiving because of the container. it only fills up a quarter of it. For the price and so many unclean ingredients I will never purchase again. Not healthy.
