havent tried it yet just arrived today i have added pictures of how it was packed in a big box and i included pictures of the hearing aid and everything included in the box with it . a smaller box to mail it in would have worked for it not the big box it came in

Garbage
These hearing devices are pure garbage and do not recommend them to anyone. They stopped working after using less than a day. I can charge i can charge them and one will work for about 5 minutes. left does nothing.
