So glad I purchased this now I can reach places where muscle needs soothing massages it's great
Perfect for my pinched nerve in neck %26 shoulder %26 upper back pain. Recommended by my physical therapist.
Works great. Relaxes knots, muscles and pressure points.
Just came today and I'm really enjoying it so far!The color is a bit darker than the picture, looks very sturdy, and the seams are smooth, I wouldn't worry about scratching myself, very good.
It's a very simple way to self-manage tight muscles especially those that are hard to reach on your own. This works to relieve pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and the muscles around the areas that create it.
I have only had this a short time but have used it a couple times to alleviate shoulder pain, something that's very hard to do for yourself. It comes with a good booklet and there are videos on UTube to help. I'm having good results so far. Happy with my purchase.
Works as advertised. Comes with booklet to show how to use it.
well I started purchasing these about 30 years ago when they were made out of metal and wood from trader Joe's and mother's market. I am living at a place where I don't have my personal possessions and always have vertebrae that are misaligned and I always have to go out to the kitchen sink to adjust my back. so the balls should be about a half inch to 3/4 of an inch larger to be effective. also the item is too bendable and the grab handles are on the wrong side if you are using it yourself. I end up with a lot more pain trying to pretzel myself into a position to be able to press on the handles in order to push the ball into the spasm. in other words it is not ergonomically designed. if the u-shape were about 2 in bigger I could use it to adjust my thoracic area and also in my sacrum area. this particular design is made for someone who is a size 2 or less not for someone who is very large framed size 8 in the back and muscle bound. after 3 weeks of use, I find that I end up with many more spasms in my shoulders %26 thoracic area from trying to push on that handles that are awkwardly placed because the length of the handle is a couple of inches too short. this SIZE/LENGTH would work better if a person was under 5 feet tall with an extremely small frame of less than size 3. if the width of your ribs exceed 4 inches, you are unable to reach the handle because it is right up against your rib cage. so if that "U" part was 4 inches wider, then it could be used by someone larger than a size 4. basically make it so the ball on the end can reach the area close to the vertebrae where the spasm's occur. and move the handles to the other side or add at least one handle to the opposite side to enable it to be used causing less pain, spasms and more ergonomic. for many years I had hundreds of the other three that I purchased at Trader Joe's and Mother's market and I would give them to my massage clients. I don't have any of my massage apparatus where I am currently at and all my stuff is in storage so I am still in search of a non-electric item to relieve muscle spasms for both myself and Friends.
