The mirror arrived via ups. It was packaged really well with zero damage. Easy to unpack. Easy installation with either plug in or hardwired. Looks beautiful in our newly remodeled bathroom. I woukd recommend unstructions on how to use it. There were no user instructions at all and the QR code only gives you "installation instructions" not user instructions. I did easily figure it out, but still would be helpful.

we actually purchased this mirror for her to use with my daughters vanity instead of the smaller size ones they offer for vanities. It was the perfect size and with the three different levels of lighting my daughter sometimes even just uses the light for the ambiance in her room. We love it and its a great item for the price.

The mirror is amazing for the price. Shipping was free and quick. Got it in two days. Took about an hour to run the wire for the LED light and about 10 minutes to mount to the wall. changed the bathroom completely. Time will tell how long the LED light will function and last. But for now it absolutely lives up to expectation, and for the price, amazing.

I put 2 of these mirrors up in my bathroom. One for me and my better half. They look great together and now my daughter wants one in her bathroom. These mirrors look better in smaller spaces but I knew this before I bought them. I am completely satisfied with them but for larger spaces they need to illuminate brighter. I knew this already due to traveling and seeing them in hotel bathrooms.

absolutely love a good LED mirror. this one has anti fog for when you're in the shower and installation was insanely easy. it uses an outlet plug however I rewired mine to be hardwired. no complaints here!

This was for my children's bathroom. 16YO boy: "It's a mirror. It does mirror things. I can see myself in it. It lights up." 16 YO girl: "I would give it 4-5 stars. I would like it more if it truly illuminated me (have an even brighter setting)."

WARNING THE PLUG IS NOT FLAT. You will need a recessed box or have to mount your mirror quite far off the wall. Other than that I love it!

For the price point I would recommend this product but otherwise not. Although the mirror wasn't damaged it did not come with a film on it. The plug is not flat (I did not use the plug but rather hardwired it in) so it could cause an issue with the mirror laying flat to the wall. The anchors provided by the manufacturer are absolute junk because the screws would not tighten down so I had to replace them. I knew the light would not be bright but it seemed even dimmer than anticipating.

I left specific instructions to go to the parking lot and put it on the stairs where the chair that swing. People walk by the other side and can see packages over there..I had packages taken from the other side. also I am elderly and I can't carry things to the other side of the building.
