I was pleasantly surprised by this item. It has one despenser and 4 spools of refill floss that's easy to replace. Environmentally conscious, less plastic used. I like it.

I was excited to get this big pack as it was a deal, but the new design of the dispenser is no bueno. I'm only 10 yards into my first dispenser and I've already had to retrieve the metal cutter from the floor twice - the floss easily slips under the edge of the metal and flip is right off. I also don't love the fact that there's no cover. This dispenser holds a lot of floss and I imagine by the time I get to the end, the top where the floss is cut is going to show it's age. Gross. Wish I wouldn't have purchased such a big pack of these without testing it out first. I gave this two stars because the floss itself is great as it slides smoothly between tight teeth, unlike other top brands.

Not what i ordered. Description clearly says 200 yards. They send you the 55 yards. The description and photo are different than what i received.

The pictures are for 4 200 yard units. I received 4 of the half size 50 yard units. False advertising. This is not the first time this has happened. This is not Amazon!!

Don't order from JJ Dent seller. They do not ship the correct item.!!! All the reviews were right!

I ordered 4 of the REACH 200 yard floss, but 4 of the REACH 55 yard floss was sent to me!

Not as described

I was looking for a new brand of waxed floss that did not contain PFAS. So I ordered this floss and because I use floss regularly, I bought the 4 pack. It was a waste of my money because the floss sheds in my teeth EVERY-TIME I use it! Now I'm stuck with all this floss. I gave one away and might end up throwing the rest out. VERY disappointed.
