This product meets all my necessity about noise cancelling and excellent bass, I really recommend this product and the best battery time in the market!!!

Love them. the noise cancelling is great when on a tractor or atv. i could not hear the tractor motor on an ooen cab tractor. one down side is sometimes the bud doesn't want to stay in my ear.

Great product for great price. A little bulky but work great to tune the world out.

Best headphones i have ever bought great for music i love the 3 different sound settings they have great for phone calls i love them the price is a little high for them but it is totally worth it and the foam ear pieces that come with it i love them this is one of my favorite pair of earbuds that i own

I bought these when they were on sale thinking they'd make a good spare pair for me. Guess what? They turned into my main pair! These sound great, the 12mm driver carries a lot of bass and they sound clear also. The battery life is great and the ANC works fantastic. I love the cloud foam tips, they're so comfortable but even if you don't use the foam tips they are still comfortable! I love the dual connect feature and phone calls are clear enough. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to restart the previous track like some of the other ones. I also love the be aware feature. It works very well. As far as volume, these are loud enough for me. Highly recommended.

I got a pair of Jbuds Air ANC as a gift and started to use them recently. I have to say the first impression was really good overall and I was quite satisfied with the product! Unfortunately the right earbud stopped working. First I noticed intermitted sound, after snipping on the earbud the sound was functioning again. Currently that trick doesnt do anything... I found out when you press the earbud really hard that there is sound for 1 second or something but afterwards the control function (skipping to next song / video) interrupts the pressing and you have to start all over again. So from my point of view there is a internal defect - I tried to factory reset the headphones, connect again but without success. Is there anything else I could try? Or is this even a common thing you guys are facing from other customers? Currently I am unsure if I am able to organzie a receipt (since the headphones where a gift) To be honest I would buy them again but I am afraid that I could run into the same issues (even with new ones) - I only used them for like 15 hours in total.

I bought these awhile ago they sound pretty good , but hard to stay in the ear . The Jlab app doesn't work with them so I have no way to set them up the way I want sound wise.

the battery life sucks on these things. not just the buds themselves bury, also the charging case. i get just over an hour out of one bud. At first i could switch back and forth between the 2 and get half a work day out of them but now the left one isn't working. They turn on randomly and connect to my phone while still in the closed case, draining the battery even faster. i bought a similar set 6 years ago and they worked great. i went with the same brand because of this but i am sorely disappointed. The ONLY good experience I've had with these is the sound. Everything else about them sucks.
