Bought this mic a few months ago. Came back here to say I really like this. Its great for my YouTube videos and the sound quality is good too. My roomie also borrows this to record his music, this annoys me as he should buy his own pair haha

I've had this mic for a couple days and I like the voiceover, streaming,and screen record quality. Easy to use as well. I put it on a boom arm and I'm very satisfied with the mic. Just what I was looking for. Btw the Jlab support team is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how simple this USB mic is to set up and use on my MacBook. There were no drivers or anything that needed to be installed, just plug and go. The mic itself feels high quality and durable. The base is made out of metal and the knobs are smooth and responsive. The USB cord is a nice fabric, but wish it was usb-c output so I don't have to use a converter to connect to my 2019 MacBook Pro. There are different interface options, which I have set to rainbow. The sound is crisp and clear upon playback, when compared to recording through my MacBook. However, I am unable to get output on the mic and am having a hard time finding the full guide online to remedy this issue. Additionally, I wish it came with a storage case for when it's not in use

I was able to set it up within 5 minutes my streams have never sounded better with this mic! Everyone's able to hear me crystal clear! The mute button works perfect and i love that it can go in 4 directional patterns ! Itis also not big and bulky and doesnt require a lot of room!

I've had others and they did not work quite as well. It was easy to set up and connect to my computer. Settings and customization were easy to set up. Really enjoying my new set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a microphone for my computer that has omnidirectional sound. Super easy-to-use plug and play. Podcaster. For streaming. Anything is perfect for this PC microphone. Also, it does very well portable, I highly recommend.

This review requires a bit of back story so bear with me. I had purchased a Talk Pro on Nov. 30th of 2022. Now if anyone has not been following the issues the Talk Pro had, the USB C cable that was shipped with the product could not transfer enough data for the microphone to work properly. Which in turn meant that customers had to go out and buy a whole separate USB C cable just for the mic to work. This fix worked wonderfully however eventually the USB C port on the microphone died. Not only would it disconnect, but it kept messing with the audio control on my computer so I would be playing a game or watching a movie and suddenly the volume would go to max. If it were not for the fact that I could quickly throw my headphones off, I probably would have hearing damage. So I had to return it, but I didn't really want to deal with the same issues, so when I received a credit for the defective product I bought the Epic Talk in August of 2023. Lets talk about the Cons first: For starters I had to do the same thing as before and buy a separate USB C cable because the one they provide does not actually work with the microphone. I troubleshooted this with every USB port in my house and it was the same problem over and over again. Secondly, not even 5 months into owning the Epic Talk I can tell the USB C port is already dying because randomly it will just shut off and I have to unplug the USB C cable and plug it back in. This happens multiple times daily. This microphone is just seeming to be more hassle than it is worth. I wanted to take a shot in the dark with a company that is less known than other brands (don't want to break the review guidelines) in hopes that the cost was more tailored to quality than just brand name. However once again I have been proved wrong. Now lets talk about the pros: Excellent quality with great adjustability for a USB microphone, especially if you have a audio device or program you use for your recordings. Has a feature where you can hear yourself while using the mic. The only downside is you need a 3.5mm audio jack to plug directly into the microphone for it to work. Which defeats the purpose of it. Has a sleek and professional look with the options to change the addressable colors. Overall, I would maybe recommend this microphone if it was on sale and even then I am not sure. Unfortunately my overall experience with the two microphones I have owned from JLab has been lackluster at best. I will probably deal with the issues the Epic Talk has until it inevitably dies and figure out where to go after that.
