These are great. i love this brand, this is my 4th pair I own by JLab (all working. I just really like them) . Controlling from the app is a huge plus. You can change the touch controls as well. There is not be aware mode on these. However, you can slide them up your ear, and they will stay pretty well. not for people with suuuuuper small ears, though, as you can not change the side of the piece that goes in your ear. No charger attached like other JLab earbud cases, but it is a C type charge port.

Comfortable, secure fit...good sound, good Bluetooth range-I can walk around my 1500 sf house without any dropping out of sound. I also like that when I put the earbuds back in the case my device automatically switches to it's own sound not stuck to the earbuds.

Love these ear buds! Most of the time I completely forget they're on my ears. They can be positioned anywhere along the outer edge of your ear so you can easily find just the right spot that's most comfortable for you. I own other wireless earbuds but they constantly fall out, whereas these JLabs stay put! I wear them watching TV because regular headphones press against my glasses making the area behind the top of my ears very, very sore. The JLabs are the solution for me. I actually bought a second pair on sale ($20 off!) so I can have a backup set charged and ready to swap in. Highly recommend!

Still deciding if I'll keep these, but I probably will. For the sale price they're great. I wouldn't buy them full price. The sound quality is decent. The fit is hard to get right. It does take some fine-tuning and adjustments. Where these shine is their application for active outdoor activities. When I'm hiking/running I can hear my music but also still hear what's going on around me for safety reasons. And these don't fall out or move around like regular earbuds. And they work with sunglasses/glasses - I was going to get some JLab sport earhook/over-ear buds but am so glad I got these instead.

These are pretty decent if you are trying to get away from ear buds. They take a little getting used to but I am able to run and they stay on. You can hear outside noise and music so they seem a little safer for outdoor running. Charge lasts a good amount of time. Controls are customizable

charging cord was missing. I dont know how to get a charging cord and the box was new and unopened when we recieved it. But charging cord is supposed to ve included. That is the only reason the stars are low. maybe walmart or JLAB corporate can help. I've used JLAB for the last 8 years.

I got these because normal earbuds always fall out of my ears or hurt. These seemed like a good option. I like the way they wrap around your ear and that I can still hear ambient noise around me because I work in an office where people are constantly asking me questions. Having said that, do not get these if you need to block noise out. This is my first day wearing them so I can't really tell how long they'll last or what the battery life is like. What I can tell you is the quality of sound is okay so far. Pairing was not easy but I finally figured it out. Here's the thing, not only were there no instructions included, there is no charging cord. That's just weird. Fortunately, I have one from my JBL earbuds that works on these. I still can't figure out how to turn them off and on. I just finally got lucky and must have touched just the right spot. Also weird.

They have good sound and I can still hear what's happening around me. I wouldn't recommend if you want loud music in your ears. I primarily use them to listen to audiobooks. my biggest complaint is that you have to tap the back of your ear twice to get them to pause and if you don't hit it just right it doesn't pause. I would prefer to tap once to pause. my ears do start to hurt a little after wearing for a while to the point it feels like I'm still wearing them after taking them off.

I don't hate these but I don't like them much either. After having them on the ear (outer canal) %26 perhaps mine are just sensitive, they start to feel uncomfortable. The battery life isn't that great either. You do have to charge them more often than other items I've purchases from JLAB.

I purchased these as an alternative to in-ear buds to see if I liked them before spending a bunch of money on pricier brands. I'd still recommend these but the connectivity issues drive me bats. Pros: price, holds charge for several hours of usage, comfortable, decent sound quality. Cons: spotty connectivity at times despite full charge and no signal interference (like a difference of holding you phone while using vs putting your phone in your activewear pants pocket, one side will drift in and out of connection), no way to really adjust fit to your ear
