JLab GO AIr Sport, Sweatproof Wireless Ear Buds, True Wireless with Charging Case, Light Blue

I had ordered the Go Air Sport, but received the Go Sport instead. When I raised the issue, Walmart gifted me the earbuds and refunded my payment. This is true professionalism. Thank you. I haven't used the device yet, so I can't provide any comments on it for now.

I have not yet tested the quality- this review is not about a 1-5 star rating - but these earbuds are not what I thought they would be. They are advertised as having the ability to change the volume with buttons on the headphones - which is true - but only the right one increases the volume, and only the left one decreases the volume. I bought these because they can connect separately to 2 different devices, but the fact you can only have full control over the volume if you are using both headphones makes that feature a waste. Attached to this review is a photo of the instructions, which I wish I had access to before spending my $30!

I love the color options and how fast they arrived to my home.

Best value and features, quality and comfort all together. Ive enjoyed JLabs products before and they delivered again. Enjoying them immediately. Signature EQ gives you the best. The bass found with JLabs products shines in this as well. Enjoyed the teal color offering and they fit cozy.

I have the previous model of these, these new ones are definitely improved from a good product already. I bought these as a back up to keep one in my work bag and one in my gym. I like how they stay in your ear. They are light. The case is thinner and easier to keep in pocket if I want to. I definitely recommend these.

It wouldn't be one of the worst earbuds ever if it wasn't for the charging method. JLab already has failed me before with their inferior products that I don't know why I bought it again but here we go. So MOST products don't have such stupid ways to charge but JLab found a way. It's a C-type charger, no not the convenient method. You have to find a charger that with a c-type port. Not the convenient plug a c-type charge into that is available EVERYWHERE. My vehicle doesn't one, and neither does my laptop so my only option is to buy a ridiculously overpriced c port charger from walmart. Which no thanks.

I used this item and paired it with my phone successfully one time. The next day I try to use the headphones again and it won't connect to my iphone. Every time I try to pair them, it says there is an error connecting. I've tried turning off and on Bluetooth, “forgetting” and repairing to my phone, charging, resetting product, and nothing will work. It isn't an issue with my phone because my other headphones are successfully paired with Bluetooth (yes, I tried disconnecting those while I was trying to connect these too). I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to using the over-the-ear piece to help keep the headphone in my ear while chasing a toddler.
