Very easy to connect to any bluetooth device and connects automatically the next time. You can power off and on by long pressing the power button and it informs while connecting and disconnecting. Battery lasts so long and very easy to charge when required. comes with charging cable. These are lightweight and I use these daily for my office calls.

Has noise cancelling, microphone and the ear cups are very comfortable like a soft foam, you can adjust the headset. I can hear very clearly and adjust volume also. Brings an USB cable to charge. You can answer call or hangup by the headset.

The sound is high quality and the ear area is very comfortable. The battery is long lasting and I appreciate that you can easily tell when the device is connected to Bluetooth and turned on. You can switch between the music setting for better usage depending on what you're trying to do. When talking through my microphone, my sound is clear and people can hear me wonderfully. These are my new favorite headphones. I couldn't have asked for better!

They are wireless, so you can connect it via Bluetooth on your phone or computer device. I can hear customers clear as day and so can they which is important in order to deliver great customer service! They are very comfortable to wear for a long period of time!

Battery life and sound is amazing and would recommend to everybody looking for a bluetooth headset. Better than the ones you just plug into your ear bud since this one comes with a mic! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these wireless GOWORK Pop headphones complimentary from Influenster and JLAB to test and review. They are a great option for the price point! They look professional and have great sound quality. The battery lasts a long time and when it gets low, you can charge these straight from your computer with their USB cord. Even though the headphones don't enclose over your ears, they block out a good bit of background noise- allowing you to focus on what you're listening to. After wearing them all day, they do tend to bother the top of my head so it would be nice to have some sort of padding there. I also love how compact and lightweight they are, making it super easy to bring them into the office or travel them home for WFH days. I wish they came with a carrying case for that! Otherwise, these are great and something I plan to continue to use everyday!

If there was padding added to the top of the headpiece I think it would be even better. The sound quality is great for meetings but not the best for music as there is a lack in bass and sound is a bit hollow. Battery life does hold up and says it's to last 50 hours. Overall my mother loves them and uses them everyday for work.

The microphone also works very well. I do wish that there was some cushion on the metal so that it would be a bit more comfortable but other than that it is great!

The microphone is not working. No one can hear me. Save your time and money. You cannot contact anyone from JLab on the Walmart website. This feels like a money sucking machine that only benefits one side. Shop somewhere else
