My favourite product but a weeks wait for delivery!
Product still same high quality as always. But I will order from House of Fraser or Selfridges next time to get delivery next day for same cost. Also JM no longer seem to be offering free samples with orders, which was a great way to test their new fragrances. Starting to feel like a high end product with an unexceptional customer service.

Absolutely love this
I love the smell & it lasts for hours. A little goes a long way too. Always highly recommended this shower gel. I'm happy with packaging, also buy for gifts for friends and family & it's always happily received. I mostly order online & have prompt delivery.

Perfect Travel Companion
I absolutely love the smaller-sized bath & body products. The Pomegranate Noir Body & Hand Wash is my favorite and better than any other wash I've come across in a 5-star hotel. The size is perfect for travel and has lasted for a 7 day vacation.

Wonderful fragrant body wash
I have purchased this jo Malone pomegranate body and hand wash before for my mum. She really adores it and is a great gift and comes in a lovely gift box and bag. However this time round I didn't receive the free little perfume sample!

Lovely product
This is just the best scent around can't fault it. So nice purchased 2 as important gifts and selected as such in checkout. Came in 1 gift box with 1 big gift bag - be cautious of ensuring if they are for gifts that JM get it right.

Love this stuff
I know it's not traditionally a spring / summer scent but this stuff in my morning shower kick starts my day by making me feel enveloped in a cloud of gorgeous fragrance

Lovely smells from the bathroom!
I have bought this product before, my son smelt it, loved it and so I bought it for him and his wife, whereupon my daughter visited, smelt it ....and yes, I bought her one as well.

Luxury in a bottle
I love the heady scent of this product - it leaves a beautiful perfume on your skin and in the bathroom. It also leaves your skin feeling soft and pampered.
