Jo Malone Red Roses Body & Hand Lotion, 8.5 Oz

After a long, and hot,sticky afternoon walking around London visiting the galleries on a recent trip- I found a quiet moment to 'freshen- up' in the ladies. I applied some of my favourite Red Roses body creme to my arms and wrists,brushed my hair, put on my best smile and returned to the world of visitors whereupon a lady stopped me, almost immediately to enquire what scent I was wearing as I smelt divine. I divulged my 'secret' and offered her the chance to try some from my bag. She did and was so happy that she had found her new 'perfume'.. I felt happy too that I had been able to share the magic of Jo Malone!!

I was trying to decide exactly why Jo Malone fragrances are so different from anything else I have encountered. And it is that when you smell other products, good though some of them are, you know you are smelling a rose PRODUCT. When you smell Jo Malone Red Roses, you could be smelling an actual rose. And that applies to all her fragrances. The trouble is they are so good, there is no going back to anything else!!!!

Love this body lotion. The scent lasts all day, can even smell it when I shower in the evening after I've applied in the morning. Its a floral smell....obviously...but has a lovely deepness to it. Has a little but of turkish delight about it. I also have the bath oil which is lovely & luxurious....getting the cologne next when I've used those 2 up!

I use this after I wash my hands, which is several times a day. It's got the purest, loveliest rose fragrance. Fairly long lasting. I really like a pure, strong, yet not too heavy, rose scent, and this is it. A fresh, unmistakable fragrance. It's hard to find something this nice. Everyone loves it.

This is now my all time favourite lotion. It is light and sinks straight in. The scent is absolutely divine and stays on you all day - even more so than the cologne. I honestly can't recommend this enough!!

I bought this body cream as a treat for myself and it is wonderful. I often put it on before going out rather than perfume and I have had so many people remark about the wonderful scent. It lasts all day and makes me feel fantastic.

Second purchase of this gorgeous body lotion. Smells Devine and lasts all day, don't need perfume. Everyone compliments me on it and even asked if I'd been in office as my colleagues could smell it even when I'd left

I have trouble with some scents because of allergies. Red Roses is my favorite. Lovely, light scent and the lotion lasts all day and into the next. I use it instead of the cologne for the lasting effect.

this is my favorite scent for hand lotion; it absorbs nicely into my skin and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. however, the design of the bottle is poor; when you get to the end of the bottle, you can't turn the bottle upside down to try and save the last 2/3 inch or so; and this is expensive lotion we are talking about. if you try to use water to thin out the lotion, you get watery lotion instead. this is a huge waste of material and money.

This cream is the closest I have come to the true scent of roses in a cream. It only needs to be applied in the morning and it lasts all day. My fiance adores this scent on me, I can definitely see how men would like this. However, when I wore this cream to work a few colleagues from a good distance away complained about the smell and being the sensitive soul that I am I spent my lunch break in the loo trying to scrub the scent off- distinctly unpopular!
