Safe and secure!
The 4th step makes all the difference, and each step is like a mini platform . We painted the whole inside of our home and I never felt more secure on any ladder I've used before.

as with all ladders, you should read and understand the limits! Yes, even a short ladder can be a dangerous tool. This ladder is safe. I'm a retired Roofer,and every time I use any ladder,,I made sure to use with Safety First

just what I was looking for
provides this eld with stability up and down. I am even able to clean my ceiling fan, confident that I won't topple off. just attach the handles and it's good to go.

Very stable and the perfect height for a short person to clean ceiling fans or anything ! And reaching top cabinets. Easy fold up and easy to carry.

Screw hole was not opened
I was putting this ladder together %26 everything was going smoothly UNTIL….I tried to screw in the handle bar to the frame %26 the opening was closed! Whoever inspected this ladder overlooked this flaw.

Great step ladder for older person. Gave it 4stars because it came bent where the two pieces come together. Be my husband managed to fix it.
