I love these Tummy Tamers! The fabric material has a nice silky feel to it, but is still nice and firm. I like the high waist, but doesn't go so high it reaches bottom of bra. I also like the seamless effect - it doesn't look like I'm wearing Grandma's panties! I wash normal and hang to dry. They hold up quite nicely. Great value for the cost! Definitely recommend. I am 5ft3, 140, and wear a small.

These are pretty comfortable. I sized up to an xl because I don't want to wear anything tight or constricting. They are stretchy in general and I appreciate that. Overall they are comfortable and help contain the belly bulge from having children.

I don't like stuff super tight on my stomach. I feel like I could have worn my true size. I sized up because I was worried and they were a little big. So that's on me. I still really like them and could wear them all day without an issue

these are really nice they do run big so get the size that you normally wear. nice fabric that washes well and keeps its shape! totally worth the price which is decent.

My surgeon told me it was time to buy compression panties. I bought these. They would roll and roll until they reached my hips. You would think they must be too big. I could not get into a size smaller. I also needed them big enough to go over four bandages in the tummy area from surgery. They are not a strong heavy compression, I would say maybe a medium. I bought a compression cami to wear with the panties to stop the rolling.

it is my fault I did not read it was only one pair cost is not worth it. in addition doesn't go high enough on my waist stomach. possible rolling idk yet
