I ordered one microfiber and one cotton stretch chafe proof boxers. Both fit well but I recommend the cotton stretch especially in warmer weather. The pouch keeps my package in place with no shifting. Likewise the seam free seat panel, the mesh vents and no roll waistband are appreciated greatly On occasion, if I'm having a cocktail or wine, I need to use a pad due to earlier surgery. The pouch is the first boxer brief that keeps the pad secure. I'm sure other older guys with a similar problem will appreciate this extra benefit
I have tried so many brands it's crazy. I want a comfortable pair of boxers that holds everything in place and I don't feel like I'm in a cage all compressed. 5'10" 240# bought a XL and these fit so good I ordered 6 more immediately! The pouch is amazing!!! With a gut I can say the waist band does NOT fold over! The legs stay down n put. The pouch breathes well! The rear not so much, which is a little irritating but they don't show, nor do they transfer through to your clothes. Too much info? Shouldn't be I mean we are talking about underwear here lol. I'm on my feet running back and forth all day without AC. Get them you won't be disappointed here! I've tried and tossed most in trash 2under, mypackage, saxxx (which were decent for lounging) MyUndies, shinestey, Aussie, obvious, ftl, Haynes, ck, tom hil, reeebok, adeedus, equipo, tomjon, Mac welden (which had thee most amazing fabric the air ones!!!), Separate Tech (terrible pouch system), pair oh theeves, undr armor, swag are great for lounge, David archie (still have tons of those and love them too! Have to get the ultra cool mesh or solid they are very very thin, breathe extremely well!) Andy Christ (tiny, no thanks) I'm sure more. But you get the idea lol.
I am a huge fan of Jockey underwear. I usually wear the Microfiber boxers however when I saw these I thought I would check them out. The Chafe Proof Pouch Microfiber Boxer Breif did not disappoint. They are extremely comfortable. As for the pouch, perfect. Hardly have to adjust. I will definitgely be buying these again. One suggestion, add more colors, maybe a neon.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the feeling of these Boxer Briefs. The pouch fits and feels great. I think it's much better than the Jockey Pouch collection (sorry!) I was originally concerned they might be too enhancing, especially under suit pants, but I realized the fit more than makes up for it. Great under jeans, at the gym, or for sleeping. Feels like new technology and really stands apart from older Jockey styles.
These are comfy underwear. Pouch works as advertised and keeps things in place and separated from the legs. Minimal ride up in the legs and they don't seem to stretch out too bad during the day. Waistband is comfortable as well. Nice pouch underwear alternative to some of the super expensive brands. Seems like jockey has sales often as well. Would buy again and I'm picky.
I've tried them all. I've purchased every boxer brief made. These fur better than some I paid 4 times as much for. The pouch area is still a bit narrow, so if you want to dress left or right there isn't room. The ones I got are some kind of micro fiber and I think I prefer cotton. But the waist band does not roll and that's great.
Not bad. Material and fit are good, smooth and comfortable. But the specially designed pouch isn't as good as I had hoped. It's a bit small and may be fine for most. I feel it needs to be a little larger, especially for warmer climates when ones package grows and sags a bit more. I think most men understand what I'm talking about.
Honestly, I was expecting more in the pouch design and was a little disappointed. The Chafe Proof pouch intrigued me for gym use and doing yard work, so I thought I would give it a try. However, after wearing once, it was evident that this product was not giving me that "separate pouch support" that I've experienced with other brands. I'll give credit to the fact that I did not experience any chafing issues, but I was looking for more in a separate compartmental pouch for keeping "the boys" supported. I think Jockey is rushing the rollout of new products recently just to match competition, but the lack of engineering forethought and testing will, no doubt, be adding this product soon to the list of other Jockey products that have come and gone....
I regularly purchased Jockey underwear for many years now as they have been my favorite. That changed with my latest purchase of new super thin, cheap material that insures the underwear will not last. I am so disappointed in Jockey! Typical American corporation ... make cheap products and sell them at a premium!
My previous order for Jockey underwear was the pouch design with a cross flap. Love them. I thought I was ordering the same thing again, but I found there is no flap on these requiring one to pull the underwear down or pull up a leg, rendering them unusable to me.
