Satisfied customer
Very nice underwear for the money. This is the first time I bought jockey underwear and they seem to be really comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone.

For size reference, I bought Xl and should have bought Large as the size runs big. However they are great colors

Wrong size...
I can't really speak to the product, be ause i returned it. I was sent the wrong size. As fir the process, that was fine. Got the return barcode from the app, the Customer Service had no issue reading it. The only thing that was odd was that my return proceeds were directed to my debit card, as opposed to a gift card (which is what I asked for in the app). I didn't question anything because the amount that was being returned to me was expected.

Can't recommend, too pricey and poor quality!
I was very disappointed with this purchase. The fabric feels much thinner and less durable than expected, almost flimsy compared to other Jockey products I've owned in the past. After just a few washes, the material started to lose shape and elasticity, which makes them uncomfortable and unsupported. The sizing also runs inconsistent—some pairs fit as expected, while others in the same pack felt noticeably tighter or looser. For a brand like Jockey, I expected better quality control. Overall, these briefs don't feel like they'll last long, and for the price, they are not worth it. If you're looking for comfort and durability, I would recommend exploring other options.

I have not yet received my order, and the process for filing a claim is proving difficult. Calls are being routed to an offshore location, and the assistance provided has not been effective.

Some of the items feel bigger than the others. It's supposed to be medium sized but it feels like a large size.
