I have psoriasis with breakouts over my lower body. These are gentle on my skin and breathable, so my skin stays dry and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It does run true to size. I ordered an XL because sometimes if it has stretch, I'm not sure if it runs true to size. It was a little big but I can still wear them. I will order the L the next time as that is my true size. Great quality and softness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable even as a man. I was mostly looking for thin, light and breathable underwear. Every men's under wear I've tried is double fabric around the areas I want to keep cool and dry haha. Doesn't help. These are so breathable and fit well! After washing they fit snug but as mentioned by many it loosens as the fabric stretches a bit. Also I like that it does not have a big elastic band digging into my waist all the time. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to a medical condition known as interigo (basically just like diaper rash) where ones who've lost an excessive amount of weight and up getting this severe rash under their belly, breast, among other areas, I can only wear cotton panties that are at least 95% cotton or higher. Jockey is perfect. Note after my exercises, I am nm concerned about getting interigo.

So was searching for organic cotton underwear online and came across these! I have previously purchased 2 other brands of organic cotton boyshorts…. but they are super low rise/cut. Eek. These are great because they are slightly more high waisted than those brands! Perfect for the gym and everyday!!!!! These will be my go-to underwear to purchase going forward. So glad I found these! I gained weight and I'm now 160 pounds… and purchased 4 smalls and 1 medium, and both sizes fit…. but I prefer the mediums. They are cotton, so they may eventually shrink a little bit… but I always dry my clothes on LOW , so I never have that slight shrinking issue that others may have with drying their clothes in general , on higher heat settings. Enjoy!

I bought 8 pairs and have been wearing them everyday for a week. The first 3 pairs were the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn. The next pair creeped up my crack and was very uncomfortable. The following pairs have been exactly as comfortable as the first 3, so I'm very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very comfortable, breathe well and are very soft. Why only four stars? They do relax a lot during the day and become quite baggy. I have ordered more, in a lower size. We'll see it that makes a difference.

I guess I was thinking organic cotton would feel more soft. Not as rough. The color isn't very flattering against my skin. It doesn't compliment my skin tone. Basically not a flattering color on me. The fabric feels rough vs soft against the skin. The price is good for organic cotton.

I love how soft and breathable these are! I put them in my pajama drawer because they crawl a lot when I walk, and I really like things that stay on the underside of my cheeks. I only wear them for sleeping.

These seemed to be organic cotton as advertised. The fabric had a nice feel to it. I found they stretched out , ran large, and the elastic at the waist so insufficient that they fell down. Based on the size guide they XXL I purchased should have been very snug. I got these on clearance, so it would cost nearly as much to return as I paid, so they'll be donated. Wasted money for me.
