Solid formulation from a trustworthy source. Works well for me. Taste-wise, I just wanted it to be good enough that I wouldn't have to make myself drink it; this clears that bar with plenty of room to spare. Excellent tool to have in the kit for when water alone wouldn't cut it but a shake or energy drink would be overkill. I love having a packet's worth during or just after a workout, and I've started keeping some packets at the office as well to help me stay sharp.

Love the taste, and the effects of the Hydrate sticks, but love the ability to carry and take them anywhere just as much. I can store some in my back pack, leave some in my desk or stash one in my pocket and as long as I can get some water I am good to go.

Great during a Flu when your body is dehydrated and I picked the Lemon-Lime flavor. Great for workouts too. Not too sweet, and you get your electrolytes back.

I really mean that. Within 5-10 minutes I can feel this bringing me out of the rapid progression of dehydration. It has made a huge impact for me at work and working out. Highly recommended!

With a high schooler in the house who is involved with track, wrestling, and football his hyratrion was always a concern, he tried several different "drink sticks" and has settled on Jocko Hydrate and has at least one a day after practice.

Replacing what we need without sugar and chemicals as well as tasting good. I cannot stand Gatorade/Powerade and all the other garbage out there. This is by far cleaner and more reliable. . . so far. . . don't sell out please.

Nice lemon lime flavor. Nice tartness without being too sour. Sweet but not overly so. I carry the sachets with me and use them whenever it is convenient.

I recently received my order of the orange flavor! It is a very good flavor! Most hydration packs I feel like taste super salty and this kind doesn't!!

I gave the JOCKO Hydration packs a try and THEY ARE GREAT! They taste super good and leave you feeling refreshed. A great way to rehydrate after a tough workout. (Pro tip: great mix to add creatine too for post workout) So good I bought 2 more packs to try more flavors right away! Highly recommend! 10/10!
