I've tried a lot of immune support supplements, and this one from Jocko Fuel stands out. Great mix of immune system supporting ingredients, without the junk that so many popular immune supplements have. But it's also just a good way to top up on some vitamins that most of us could stand to have more of even if we're eating a healthy whole food diet. Great benefit if, like me, you'd like to get everything you need without a million bottles and capsules every day.

While everyone else is getting sick, I have been healthy. I try my best to be healthy at all times, but always get sick this time of year. I took this at the first sign of a cold earlier this virus season and the cold was less severe and shorter in duration. I have been taking it since just before winter started, along with some other Jocko Fuel supplements in my protocol. Even with chronic sleep deprivation with 2 little kids, I have not gotten sick!
