Jocko Go Pre-Workout Powder Sour Apple Sniper, 9.1oz

This is a subtle long lasting boost compared to other preworkouts that I have used. It is not abrupt in the beginning nor is there a crash at the end. I have never had any issue with heartburn or any upsets of any kind with this product. This will stay on my shelf for continued use.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am pleased with the results. I use the Pre Workout before my 7 a.m. jiu jitsu class and I feel like I am more energized and alert for the class. After the class I feel my energy is more consistent once the adrenaline of the class has worn off. I haven't felt the crash of no energy mid day like I used to before using the Pre Workout. After the Sour Apple container is empty I'll try the Watermelon flavor. In my opinion the Sour Apple flavor is fine, I got used to it, but I want to see if the Watermelon flavor is better.

For a pre-workout this stuff lasts for a good while. I'll drink it upon waking up to go to the gym at 0315. It'll last until about noon. Sometimes I take a second dose just to crush the rest of thebday of work and being a husband and dad at home. Has the right amount of caffeine without the crash.

Doesn't taste artificial and gives me a great burst without a crash and plenty of energy and focus for the rest of my day. Only rated this fine product a 4 because I haven't tried too many other brands. There may be something better out there, but I haven't found it.

I am not a fan of the taste. I was hoping the powder's tasted similar to the cans of liquid Jocko Go, but they do not. The formula is definitely different.

I am a big fan of the canned drinks so I decided to try the powder to make it more cost effective but over the past couple of weeks I've noticed it causes major heartburn. I thought it was maybe nutrient timing with my breakfast or snacks or perhaps not enough water, but I've tried a variety of things and everytime I take this before my workout (usually anywhere from 5-30mins beforehand) I notice gnarly heartburn during my lifts. When I don't take it, and keep my meals the same, I'm good. The flavor is also not the best. It smells great, but a not so good aftertaste.

Flavor hard to choke down. However I do like the duration of the pre work out. I find it doesn't fade out before I'm done, if anything my focus and endurance seems to increase as I near the end of my work out.

The absolute worst Pre I have ever had, medicinal taste and flavor is not coming through at all. Worst part of the entire experience is that Jocko does not stand behind their products and no solutions toa bad product. "no returns, no refunds" Garbage!

“Powder” is rock hard, hammer and chisel sold separately. Reach out to customer service and they ask for pics two and a half weeks ago and can't get anyone to respond to me... I've had these in the past (not the sour apple) and they were fine unlike this one.

Easily the worst product I've had from the Jocko line. It was a solid block of clumped together powder when I opened it and the flavor was terrible. Like I said, first and only bad product from Jocko but definitely won't order any of the pre-workouts going forward.
