Jofran Artisan's Craft Rustic Farmhouse Distressed Acacia Coffee Table

I absolutely LOVE this coffee table!!! I had been looking for a long time for just the right table for my coastal/cottage style living room, and this one is PERFECT. It's a bright white, heavy, sturdy, and with just a slight bit of distressing on a few edges. I am confident that we will be enjoying it for many years to come! :)

The end tables came well packed, but one was broken, however it was repairable and Hayneedle gladly, and without asking, compensated us for the inconvenience. They are very nice end tables. The coffee/cocktail table arrived and was not packed well and broken beyond repair. The Hayneedle customer service representative, once again, compensated us for the inconvenience (without asking) and ordered us a new one. The second table arrived and it was damaged as well. We called customer service and were given an additional discount since it needed to be repaired. These incidents were not the fault of Hayneedle. It was due to poor packaging at the manufacturer. We will continue to do business with Hayneedle.

The dimensions dn specifications dont match. Is it 19"" Deep or 19 High. I am not ordering something and finding out it's not the size I want. No way to get customer support.
