John Boos Chop-N-Slice Wood Cutting Board with Juice Groove, Maple

I have a very large Boos board which is very heavy so I don't pull it out every time I need a cutting board but this board is such a convenient size that it's quickly becoming my favorite cutting board, especially since I'm fazing out plastic and resin cutting boards and trying to keep to non toxic cutting boards. This is a great replacement and a very well made kitchen staple. I oiled it right away to protect it and it's a dream to work with and looks pretty too! Highly recommend!

The board is great. I have it in two sizes and am very happy with their performance. Just make sure you find a seller other than Spreelight. They are a horrible vendor. Refused to send me a cutting board saying it was illegal in my state (I live in WA). I checked our laws and that was an absolute lie.

Nice quality maple cutting boards. Wish the company sold this with the mineral oil needed for conditioning and upkeep. Excellent craftsmanship. I bought 1 for myself and 2 more for my kids. Worth it for them to throw those plastic cutting boards away.

Just what I was looking for… Not too heavy, right size and perfect for everyday use.

This item is great looking and a great alternative to plastic cutting boards. However, it is a hassle to keep piling it. I do not like that and should have read the description on the item completely before ordering it.

John Boos quality buy there was a small dent on one side of the board - packed that way or dented en route???

Despite properly conditioning the board, it continues to leave splinters and get very easily scratched.

I purchased the thick 10x10" board. The size is practical and the board looks beautiful, but unfortunately the quality has been disappointing. Despite treating it with mineral oil as recommended and always drying it thoroughly before storing, the wood slabs began separating within the first week of use. I hoped it wouldn't worsen, but the gaps have continued to expand, and the board will likely come apart completely just a few months after purchase, despite light use and proper care.
