Great purchase!
This oil filter is exactly the same as the original equipment item from John Deere. The big difference is I didn't have to drive to a John Deere dealer and I didn't have to pay shipping. The price was about the same but if the filter was not the correct one, I could return it to the store.

Extremely slow delivery
Product was as expected. A John Deere oil filter. Fit my lawn mower as expected. Shipping and delivery was very slow.

Wrong part
Wrong item shipped. It want even close to being an oil filter. Received a refund from my local Walmart.

oil filters were not as shown, they were about an inch and one half smaller. the mounting plate were different also. I have not tried them yet, probably won't, bigger would be O.K. but smaller not so much! these engines can use all the oil they can get.

product didn't fit
Product didn't fit and I had to return it at my expense. Paid $8.59 for it and spent $3.43 returning it. Wal-Mart has buyers pay for returns and Amazon does not
