My review is not on the product. The product is excellent. The packaging however suck. A couple of the items spilled all over the box and was emptied halfway. They weren't sealed properly considering they easily open.

I have never used a product shampoo, conditioner & serum anti frizz John Frieda this product is so wonderful. My hair has no frizz, is soft, extremely manageable. Love these products so much!

Works well to maintain frizz. Will definitely purchase again!

John Feida is wonderful for my hair !

I have thin frizzy hair that dries out really fast and frizzes in a very bad way. The shampoo, conditioner, straight ahead and the leave in conditioner are how I tame my hair issue. Please keep up with your flawlessly straight products. They are hard to obtain in my area.

I have been using various Frizz Ease Shampoo/Conditioners for approximately 10 years? They change names and packaging over the years, but this is my absolute favorite shampoo/conditioner. I have tried MANY salon brands and none of them come close to the results I get from this shampoo and conditioner. Flawlessly Straight is the best there is for my hair. It makes my hair soft and shiny, with zero frizz, and doesn't weigh it down. PLEASE do not discontinue this! I haven't been able to find it anywhere for the last few months and my hair is so very sad!

I decided to try this because my hair isn't really wavy but it isn't straight either. It made my hair smooth and soft and beautiful. I used the shampoo as well. I highly recommend both! I love John Frieda products!

I have been using daily for years and am so disappointed it has been discontinued. I am very particular about smells and the scent of this conditioner was just right--I always got compliments on how nice my hair smelled. Other Frizz Ease conditioners I tried as a replacement had an over-powering, perfume scent.

This is the ONLY shampoo & conditioner I can use! I am biracial and have fine, wavy hair. This is the only shampoo & conditioner that allows me to air dry and still have beautiful soft waves that are frizz free. I really hope someone in the marketing team reads this. I cannot live without this shampoo & conditioner. Thank you, John Frieda!
