This floss works great along with the use of the Listerine mouthwash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Have been using this product for quite some time and finding I cannot find anything that I can use as substitute. Will it be available again at drugstore or order from you online. Please make available again.
This flosser was recommended by my dentist for easier cleaning. I have used it for awhile and the ease of it helps me to want to floss daily. I recently purchased refill heads. I didn't notice the difference until I snapped one into the handle but these have extra mint flavor in pockets on the underside of the head. I love it. I find myself flossing more often and longer because of the taste. I definitely recommend these flossers.
Please make this product again. It is the best ever!!!!
When Reach invented this product, it was wonderful! The floss was stronger. It was also waxed, for easy access (as the name implies) between tight teeth. Now that Listerine owns this product, the wand is still good and makes flossing in hard to reach areas easier, but the FLOSS itself IS AWFUL. It breaks far too easily now, which wastes product and my money. When the product breaks and frays, it becomes very skinny, which hurts and feels like it's slicing my gums. My teeth and gums are in excellent condition. PLEASE, I beg of you, GO BACK TO THE BETTER QUALITY OF FLOSS and please make the unflavored version of this product - not everyone likes the flavor or chemicals of Listerine. I will recommend you when/if you change the quality for the better.
Ive used this flosser refill for years and loved, but the quality has changed. Floss breaks more easily and even from the start floss isnt tight in the holder. I have gone through several packages so far hoping I just got a bad run, but am convinced something in manufacturing has changed. I think the floss itself has gotten thinner.
I used to really love this product because it helped me floss my back teeth that are really tight; however, of late they either break or the string isn't taut enough to work properly. I'm 2 weeks into a new pack and so far maybe one of them was taut. All the rest have been garbage.
I started using the Reach many years ago and loved it. Ever since Reach was taken over by Listerine, the quality of the flosser has deteriorated. The last package of refills I bought the other day has been the worst. It took 3 flossers to find one that that could actually work. The first was broken right out of the package, the second didn't even make it through the first tooth. The third finally worked. This product is worthless, and I will not buy it again. It's really a shame because I relied on it for years.
I am very allergic to mint so need unflavored refills. Very disappointed that they aren't available. There are many of us that can't use mint products and it is very disappointing that you don't provide that option. I also have had a problem with the floss breaking easily.
There are so few options for people who are irritated by mint, so I'm incredibly disappointed to see that Listerine only offers mint flavored refills even though the flosser itself comes with unflavored ones. You obviously have the ability to manufacture unflavored flosser heads, so why don't you? It's horribly wasteful to expect customers to purchase the flosser handle again and again just for the unflavored refills. Very, very disappointed. REACH floss was great, but Listerine has severely lowered the quality and range of their floss products.
