This is the best hydrating shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I live in Southern Colorado and its extremely dry here. This product takes care of dry hair and repairs your hair as well. The bottles are huge and it lasts a really long time.

I love how this has helped put moisture back into my hair. Also it makes your hair much easier to comb through

i bought this from ulta the first time i used it, and the conditioner was thick so it stayed put when i put it in my hair when wet. then i bought this combo pack a couple months a ago ans it was great! same consistency as the ulta ones i bought. however, the 3rd time i bought it (2nd from walmart, 3rd overall), the conditioner was so runny, i have to use twice as much and it still doesnt cling to my hair in the shower. ill probably try to buy from here one more time since the first batch i bought from walmart was great, but id its the same runny consistency next time, i will just buy from ulta.

Product was mailed in a Manila envelope. Was ripped open. Leaking, lid broken. Product was almost frozen however we are experiencing alot of snow and colder than normal temperatures. But feel if it would have been Shipped in a box wouldn't have a busted lid. Now I need to either pour it in to another container to use or find a pump to use in this container since lid is shot. Paid too much to have to deal with this! Product smells good however.

Its okay. Better than drugstore shampoos and conditioners, but I found it to be a little drying. The Joico KPak shampoo and conditioner is a lot more moisturizing and better in my opinion. This brand can also be found at TJMaxx for around $17 a bottle just so you know.

I was excited to try this since this got great reviews especially on smell so I was soooo surprised when I used it for the first time and the smell was awful smelt like mothballs lol the product probably works but I couldn’t stand the smell. The brown bottles of this brand is so much better.

this is not the correct product,i used this for years and this was the first time ordering from this seller and it was terrible. i spent 75 dollars on crap hair product and im not happy about it.

Unfortunately it came with 2 shampoo bottles and no conditioner. I am trying to get ahold of customer service to see if they can replace one of the bottles with conditioner. At this price, I do not want to reorder and chance it happening again.
